Kids Media Critics Program

Have you ever watched a movie or read a book and couldn't wait to tell everyone what you thought? Well we are looking for kids to become Official Callander Public Library Media Critics! Watch some movies, read some books and tell us what you loved/hated about it! We cannot wait to hear your thoughts and to share them with the world!

STEAM Kits are ready to take home!

Themed kits involving Science, Technology, Engineering, Art or Math available to borrow. Kits will include books on the chosen theme, educational activities, and all supplies required to ensure a quick and fun learning opportunity. Current themed include: My body, Hockey, Architecture, and Dinosaurs. Perfect for ages 5+

We are now open to the public!

The Callander Library officially reopened September 8th, 2020.

On top of curbside service and online programming, the public can now browse the collection in person and use one public computer.

Use of the computer will require people call ahead to reserve their times.
